Adds alpha-gal syndrome to Missouri's list of diseases that must be reported to the Department of Health and Senior Services, alongside MRSA, CRE, and VRE

Requires laboratories to report positive alpha-gal syndrome cases within 7 days of laboratory confirmation using an electronic reporting system developed by the department

Sets reporting threshold at alpha-gal immunoglobulin E levels of ≥0.1 international units per milliliter or ≥0.1 kilounits per liter

Authorizes the department, subject to appropriations, to follow up on reported cases using random sampling to confirm they meet CDC surveillance case definitions, with reporting to begin no later than 6 months after the effective date

Requires the department to submit annual reports to the CDC summarizing findings on alpha-gal syndrome reporting and incidence
