Creates a civil cause of action allowing victims of non-consensual AI-generated intimate imagery ("deepfakes") to sue creators for actual damages, liquidated damages of $150,000, punitive damages, and attorney's fees

Establishes criminal offense of disclosure of intimate digital depictions as a class E felony, elevated to class C felony for repeat offenses or when depictions could affect government proceedings or facilitate violence

Requires valid consent to be in a written, plain-language agreement signed voluntarily by the depicted individual that describes the intimate digital depiction

Exempts interactive computer services, mobile service providers, and broadband providers from liability; also exempts good-faith disclosures to law enforcement or for legal proceedings

Consent to creation of an intimate digital depiction does not constitute consent to its disclosure, and disclaimers stating the content was unauthorized are not a valid defense
