Adds "athletic trainer" to the definition of "provider" in Missouri insurance law, allowing athletic trainers to receive direct payment from insurers when patients assign their benefits

Expands the definition of "practitioner" for health carrier credentialing purposes to include athletic trainers alongside physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, dentists, and other licensed healthcare professionals

Requires insurers to pay claims within 30 days of receiving all necessary documentation when benefits are assigned to a provider

Entities not currently subject to payment provisions under section 376.383 will have a delayed effective date of January 1, 2026 to comply
