Office of Administration totals: $725,774,528 (1,972.46 F.T.E.) including $388,313,616 from General Revenue Fund, $143,420,080 from Federal Funds, and $194,040,832 from Other Funds

Employee Benefits totals: $1,809,441,763 including $864,545,173 for Missouri State Employees' Retirement System contributions and $625,795,333 for Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan

Major IT investments include $42,179,640 for statewide accounting and budget systems replacement (MOVERS), $26,101,317 for citizen portal maintenance, and $20,847,012 for information technology security enhancements

Authorizes $1,219,287,198 transfer to State Road Fund I-70 Project Fund and $201,042,740 to I-44 Improvement Fund for highway infrastructure projects
