Appropriates approximately $1.8 billion total for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) across three departments: Department of Agriculture ($63.9 million), Department of Natural Resources ($1.48 billion), and Department of Conservation ($257.5 million)

Department of Natural Resources receives the largest allocation, including $1.02 billion for water infrastructure grants and loans, $122.7 million for energy programs including weatherization assistance, and $119.6 million for Missouri State Parks operations

Department of Agriculture funding covers animal health ($11.1 million), grain inspection ($5.2 million), plant industries ($7.3 million), Missouri State Fair operations ($6.9 million), and various loan guarantee programs for agricultural businesses

Department of Conservation receives $257.5 million entirely from the Conservation Commission Fund for habitat management, fish and wildlife management, recreation, education, and a $6 million book gifting program for children birth to age five

Includes numerous fund transfers, including $16.7 million to the Multipurpose Water Resource Program Fund, $360,000 to the Veterinary Student Loan Payment Fund, and $9 million from the Utility Revolving Fund to the General Revenue Fund
