Governor's Office receives $4,267,219 for personal service and expenses, plus $4,000,001 for National Guard emergency duties; Lieutenant Governor receives $1,042,044 including $100,000 one-time for a presidential library/museum

Missouri Arts Council receives $14,554,567 total from federal and trust funds; Missouri Humanities Council receives $2,101,667; $500,000 allocated for World War I memorial improvements; $2,000,000 for African American baseball museum

Secretary of State receives $20,288,073 for operations, $29,850,513 for election administration improvements, and $8,000,001 for initiative/referendum expenses; State Treasurer receives $82,559,799 including $76,333,917 for Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts

Judiciary receives approximately $309.6 million total, including $66.2 million for circuit court judge salaries and $159.8 million for circuit court operations; State Public Defender receives $94,670,249 for defense services including $6 million for contracted cases
