Appropriates funds for state government departments and agencies for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027) for capital improvements, maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades statewide

Transfers $120,520,606 from the General Revenue Fund to the Facilities Maintenance Reserve Fund

Allocates $163,136,076 for National Guard facilities ($124.7 million federal, $38.4 million state) and $154,300,000 from the Conservation Commission Fund for stream access, lake development, and conservation infrastructure

Provides $111,338,116 for Department of Corrections facilities, $96,265,935 for state parks and historic sites, $84,070,426 for Missouri State Highway Patrol facilities, and $76,246,433 for state veterans' homes

Appropriates $75,750,744 for Department of Mental Health facilities including $2 million from Fulton State Hospital bond proceeds, and $19,227,436 for Department of Elementary and Secondary Education facilities including the Missouri School for the Blind
