Appropriates $6,750,000 to the Department of Natural Resources Division of State Parks for capital improvements including design, construction, renovation, water/wastewater improvements, trail maintenance, and land purchases for state parks and historic sites

Appropriates $40,200,000 from the Conservation Commission Fund to the Department of Conservation for stream and lake access development, land acquisition for wildlife and forests, building and road repairs, and soil conservation activities

Appropriates $17,645,032 from the State Highways and Transportation Department Fund for Missouri State Highway Patrol facilities including a maintenance garage ($4,557,900), Troop I Headquarters ($12,202,541), and an interoperability storage building ($884,591)

Appropriates $35,000,000 from the Adjutant General Federal Fund for design and construction of National Guard facilities statewide

Appropriates $680,040 from the General Revenue Fund for planning, design, construction, and improvements at Camp Avery under the Department of Social Services
