Requires health carriers and MO HealthNet to cover orthotic, prosthetic, and complex rehabilitation technology devices, supplies, and services at levels at least equal to federal Medicare coverage standards

Mandates coverage for multiple devices per enrollee: one prosthesis/orthosis for daily use, one for physical activity, one for showering/bathing; and for wheelchairs: one for daily use, one for backup, and one high-performance wheelchair if medically necessary

Prohibits insurers from denying coverage based on preexisting conditions or an enrollee's disability, and requires replacement coverage without "useful lifetime" restrictions when a provider determines replacement is necessary due to physiological changes or device condition

Requires complex rehabilitation technology devices to be furnished only by accredited providers employing at least one RESNA-certified assistive technology professional, with mandatory in-person assessments

Mandates health plans maintain networks with at least three accredited orthotic, prosthetic, and complex rehabilitation technology providers in Missouri, including at least one small business; requires health carriers to report claims data to the Department of Commerce and Insurance by October 1, 2027
