Requires all multi-occupancy restrooms, locker rooms, changing rooms, and shower rooms in public buildings, K-12 schools, and higher education institutions to be designated exclusively for male or female biological sex with clear signage

Prohibits individuals from using multi-occupancy facilities designated for the opposite biological sex, and bars construction of facilities designated by gender identity rather than biological sex

Schools must also prohibit students of opposite biological sexes from sharing overnight accommodations on school trips

Exemptions apply for children under 10 with a parent/guardian, persons with disabilities being assisted, employees performing job duties, and emergency situations

Noncompliance results in revocation or withholding of state funding for the public building, school, or institution of higher education
