Doubles the maximum state funding allocation for East-West Gateway Coordinating Council and Mid-America Regional Council from $65,000 to $130,000 each

Doubles the maximum state funding for other regional planning commissions from $25,000 to $50,000 each

Removes four regional planning commissions from eligibility: Show-Me, Missouri Valley, Ozark Gateway, and ABCD

Adds four regional planning commissions to eligibility: Harry S Truman, MO-Kan, Pioneer Trails, and Southwest Missouri (replacing Lakes Country)

Beginning July 1, 2027, maximum grant amounts will be annually adjusted according to the Consumer Price Index
