Authorizes the governor to convey state-owned property in Cole County, Missouri, to the City of Jefferson, including multiple tracts totaling approximately 1.22 acres and temporary construction easements of approximately 3.22 acres across various inlots in the City of Jefferson

Authorizes conveyance of state property in Nodaway County, Missouri, consisting of two tracts along the former Norfolk & Western Railroad right-of-way in Section 13, Township 64 North, Range 36 West

Authorizes conveyance of approximately 2.75 acres of state property in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, located in the west half of the southeast quarter of Section 34, bounded by West Main Street and Hoover Road near Riverview Cemetery

Commissioner of Administration shall set terms and conditions for each conveyance, including appraisal requirements, timing, and sale terms

Attorney General must approve the form of conveyance instruments for all property transfers
