Reduces the statute of limitations for personal injury and bodily injury claims from five years to two years for actions accruing on or after August 28, 2026

Removes "any other injury to the person or rights of another" from the five-year limitation category under Section 516.120

Creates a new two-year limitation for actions against insurers relating to uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage, effective for claims accruing on or after August 28, 2026

Retains the existing two-year limitation for libel, slander, assault, battery, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, and wage/overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act
