Amends Section 571.030, RSMo to expand exemptions from unlawful weapons use restrictions to include the Missouri Attorney General and members of the Attorney General's staff who have completed required firearms safety training

Adds reference to sections 571.205 to 571.230 throughout the statute, extending concealed carry permit exemptions to holders of permits issued under these additional sections

Maintains existing exemptions for law enforcement officers, judges, prosecutors, military personnel, corrections officials, and other specified government officials from certain weapons restrictions

Retains current penalty structure: Class E felony for spring guns, shooting into dwellings, threatening weapon display, or firearm possession with felony-level controlled substances; Class B misdemeanor to Class E felony for other violations depending on circumstances
