Repeals sections 252.300 through 252.333, RSMo, eliminating the Missouri Economic Diversification and Afforestation Act of 1990, which established the state's agroforestry program

Removes the framework that allowed the Department of Conservation to make incentive payments to landowners for up to 10 years during the "enhancement phase" for using eligible land for agroforestry purposes

Eliminates cost-sharing provisions that covered up to 75% of establishment costs for tree planting on eligible agricultural land, including marginal pastureland and riparian zones

Removes requirements for annual inspections of participating land and periodic joint reports on agroforestry program status due to the governor and general assembly

Amends section 640.030 to remove references to the repealed agroforestry sections while maintaining the requirement for interagency agreements between the Department of Natural Resources and Department of Conservation regarding constitutionally authorized funds
