Requires the Missouri Department of Agriculture to restore and monument the centerline geometry of all abandoned railroad rights of way in the state between August 28, 2026 and December 31, 2046

Adds a new duty for the department to provide the framework for all geodetic positioning activities in the state, including latitude, longitude, and elevation data for mapping, flood risk determination, transportation, and land use management

Authorizes the Department of Agriculture to enter into contracts with registered land surveyors or professional engineers to complete the abandoned railroad surveying projects by the 2046 deadline

Amends sections 60.510 and 60.610 RSMo relating to the surveying duties of the Department of Agriculture
