Property in Doniphan (Lot 9, Block 3, Cox's Addition) is specifically designated for transfer to the Doniphan school district

Property in Jefferson City (multiple tracts and temporary construction easements in Inlots 297, 301, 302, 303, 428-440, 292-296, 293-294, 431, 435-437) is specifically designated for transfer to the City of Jefferson

Commissioner of Administration shall set all conveyance terms and conditions, including appraisal requirements, timing, and sale terms

Attorney General must approve the form of all conveyance instruments before property transfers are finalized
