Allows school boards to authorize licensed school nurses to maintain epinephrine delivery devices, with trained staff permitted to use them on students experiencing life-threatening anaphylactic reactions

Renames the state treasury fund from "Epinephrine Auto-injector Delivery Devices for Fire Personnel Fund" to "Epinephrine Delivery Devices for Fire Personnel Fund" and changes funding source from money collected under the section to moneys appropriated to the fund

Violations of epinephrine delivery device provisions under section 190.246 constitute a class B misdemeanor
