Adds "artificially generated visual depiction" as a new defined term in Missouri's obscenity statutes, covering AI-generated images that are indistinguishable from real minors, morphed from actual minor images, or created without any real minor involvement

Expands the definition of "child pornography" to explicitly include artificially generated visual depictions alongside traditional photographs, films, and computer-generated images depicting minors in sexually explicit conduct

Includes AI-generated content showing "identifiable minors" (recognizable by face, likeness, birthmark, or other distinguishing features) in sexually explicit conduct, without requiring proof of the minor's actual identity

Updates the definition of "material" and "explicit sexual material" throughout the statute to encompass artificially generated visual depictions

Applies existing penalties for child pornography offenses to AI-generated sexual imagery of minors, including the class A misdemeanor offense for providing explicit sexual material to students in schools
