Adds "licensed interior designers" as a newly regulated profession under the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Professional Landscape Architects, expanding the board from 15 to 17 members with a new two-member licensed interior design division

Abolishes the existing Interior Design Council and transfers its powers, duties, rules, and funds to the expanded board upon appointment and confirmation of the initial interior design division members

Defines "practice of licensed interior design" as designing interior spaces for interior alteration or construction projects, including space planning, finish materials, and non-structural elements, while explicitly excluding structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety system modifications

Establishes licensure requirements including passing the Council for Interior Design Qualification examination and completing either a 4-5 year accredited degree plus 2 years experience, or a 2-year accredited degree plus 4 years experience

Updates disciplinary provisions to align with section 324.012, changing grounds for discipline from felony convictions to criminal convictions "directly related to the duties and responsibilities of the occupation" regardless of whether in any state or country
