Defines "artificial intelligence" broadly to include systems that perform tasks without significant human oversight, learn from data, solve tasks requiring human-like cognition, or use machine learning techniques

Classifies violations as unlawful practices under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, enforceable by the attorney general

Establishes civil penalties of $10,000 for first violations and $20,000 for subsequent violations, with courts authorized to grant damages, injunctive relief, and attorney's fees

Allows any individual to report violations to the attorney general, who must commence civil action if a violation is found
