Requires health benefit plans to cover up to 90-day supplies of self-administered hormonal contraceptives, or up to 180 days for generics, for plans issued on or after January 1, 2026 (expires December 31, 2026)

Starting January 1, 2027, expands required coverage to up to a one-year supply for both generic and brand-name self-administered hormonal contraceptives

Defines self-administered hormonal contraceptives as FDA-approved hormonal drugs to prevent pregnancy, explicitly excluding emergency contraception and abortion medications

Prohibits insurers from applying greater deductibles or co-payments for this coverage than for other similar health care services

Applies to all health benefit plans delivered, issued, continued, or renewed in Missouri after the specified effective dates
