Department of Natural Resources must create an online public reporting system for suspected violations and investigate all reports, issuing cease-and-desist orders when violations are confirmed

Enforcement may involve local law enforcement, Missouri State Highway Patrol, or the National Guard as deemed necessary by the department

Pesticide use on farming and ranching operations is explicitly exempted from the prohibitions
