Creates the "Missouri Crime Victims Fund" in the state treasury, funded by general assembly appropriations and gifts, contributions, grants, or donations from public or private sources

State treasurer serves as custodian of the fund and may approve disbursements in accordance with sections 30.170 and 30.180

Fund moneys do not revert to general revenue at the end of the biennium; interest earned on investments is credited back to the fund

Moneys are disbursed to entitlement jurisdictions, eligible entities, or local governments that qualify for victim assistance grants under the federal Victims of Crime Act (Pub. L. 98-473)

Recipients must use the funds for the same purposes allowed under federal VOCA victim assistance grant regulations
