Closing charter schools must transfer all student records for archival purposes to the school district in which the charter school is located

Private, parochial, or parish schools that terminate operations must file student transcripts and records with a board-approved repository

The State Board of Education must provide a form allowing private, parochial, or parish schools to propose a repository for their records upon closure, which the board shall approve if requirements are met

Amends sections 160.405 and 161.092 of Missouri Revised Statutes relating to charter school closure procedures and State Board of Education duties
