Expands Missouri's unlawful firearm possession law to include aliens who are illegally or unlawfully in the United States

Prohibits firearm possession by nonimmigrant visa holders who do not qualify for federal exceptions under 18 U.S.C. Section 922(y)(2)

Retains existing prohibitions on firearm possession by convicted felons, fugitives, those habitually intoxicated or drugged, and persons adjudged mentally incompetent

Classifies unlawful possession as a class C felony, elevated to class B felony for those convicted of a dangerous felony or with prior unlawful possession convictions

Exempts antique firearms from the felony conviction prohibition
