Expands Missouri's telemarketing no-call list to include business subscribers in addition to residential subscribers, allowing businesses to register their phone numbers to block unwanted solicitations

Defines and prohibits "call spoofing" — the practice of knowingly transmitting misleading or inaccurate caller identification information with intent to defraud, harm, harass, or wrongfully obtain anything of value

Removes the exemption that previously allowed state-licensed professionals working from home or responding to referrals to make unsolicited telemarketing calls to set appointments

Eliminates the requirement for subscribers to periodically renew their no-call list registration; once registered, the objection remains permanent

Requires the attorney general to update the state no-call list quarterly (April, July, October, January) by obtaining listings from the national do-not-call database for Missouri subscribers
