Prohibits the Missouri Conservation Commission from requiring landowners to register their property before receiving landowner hunting permits or to possess any hunting permit to take wildlife on their own property

Requires the commission to issue landowner hunting permits to any resident or nonresident landowner who owns at least 5 acres of real property upon request

Allows qualifying landowners to request one free hunting permit per calendar year for a nonresident immediate family member to hunt on the landowner's property for a specified two-day period

Defines "immediate family member" as spouse, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling, parent, stepparent, grandparent, grandchild, or any person in an adoptive relationship with the landowner

Voids any existing or future requirements for landowners to register property to receive landowner hunting permits
