Replaces the term "auto-injector" with "epinephrine delivery device" throughout Missouri law, defined as a single-use device for delivering premeasured epinephrine doses into the human body

Authorizes school boards to allow licensed school nurses to maintain epinephrine delivery devices and permits trained school employees or contracted agents to administer them to students experiencing life-threatening anaphylactic reactions

Expands the list of authorized entities that may stock epinephrine delivery devices to include facilities licensed under chapter 198 (long-term care) and child care facilities, in addition to existing entities like restaurants, recreation camps, and sports venues

Requires all basic life support ambulances and stretcher vans to be equipped with epinephrine delivery devices and staffed by at least one trained individual

Renames the state treasury fund from "Epinephrine Auto-injector Delivery Devices for Fire Personnel Fund" to "Epinephrine Delivery Devices for Fire Personnel Fund" and changes the funding source from collected money to appropriated moneys
