Authorizes certified peace officers to mitigate credible drone threats by detecting, tracking, warning operators, disrupting control, seizing, or using reasonable force to disable or destroy unmanned aircraft systems

Classifies unlawful drone use as an infraction, escalating to a Class B felony for delivering weapons or explosives, or a Class D felony for delivering controlled substances

Requires open-air and critical infrastructure facilities to post warning signs (minimum 11x14 inches) about drone restrictions in conspicuous locations

Includes an emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage due to threats posed by weaponized drone systems to Missouri residents
