Expands State Legal Expense Fund coverage to include entities providing foster care case management services or residential services under contract or subcontract pursuant to Chapter 210, including services under sections 210.112 or 210.119

Coverage extends to members, officers, and employees of these contracted foster care entities

Limits payments from the State Legal Expense Fund for foster care-related claims to a maximum of $1 million for all claims arising from the same act or acts in a single cause

Caps payment to any one claimant at $1 million, with insurance policies purchased under section 105.721 also limited to $1 million
