Prohibits harassing, intimidating, or influencing court-related officers through threats, harm, force, deception, bribery, stalking, or disseminating their personal information online

Classifies tampering with a court-related officer as a class D felony, elevated to a class B felony if the violation results in death or bodily injury

Eliminates parole eligibility for persons convicted of tampering involving threats, harm, force, or deception against court-related officers or their families

Eliminates parole eligibility for persons convicted of tampering with a judicial proceeding through threats or causing harm to any person or property
