Establishes the "Pediatric Disease Task Force" within the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development

Task force membership includes 14 members: directors from two state departments (or designees), 4 legislators (2 senators, 2 representatives with bipartisan requirements), and 8 governor-appointed members representing public universities, private health care research, private research industry, nonprofit partners, and patient advocacy groups

Defines "rare pediatric disease" as a life-threatening or chronically debilitating disease affecting fewer than 200,000 individuals under age 18 in the United States

Beginning January 1, 2027, the task force must meet at least quarterly and submit annual public reports to the governor and general assembly by December 31 each year, detailing research initiatives, outcomes, funds expended, and legislative recommendations

The task force expires on December 31, 2030
