No vaccines may be administered during the initial physical without consent of the biological parent

Developmental, behavioral, and emotional screening referral required within 30 days of the initial physical, using standardized assessment tools

If prior evaluations show a need for developmental, behavioral, or emotional treatment, best efforts must be made to continue care with the current provider or find an alternative provider
