Prohibits the use, application, distribution, sale, and handling of paraquat (an herbicide containing paraquat dichloride) in Missouri beginning January 1, 2027

Allows limited exception for research purposes only, conducted under strict safety and reporting protocols established by the Department of Agriculture in consultation with the Department of Natural Resources

Requires all persons currently using, distributing, or selling paraquat to submit detailed reports to the Department of Agriculture before January 1, 2027, including quantities, geographic areas, and crop types

Mandates the Department of Agriculture publish a statewide paraquat use report by county and crop type on its website by March 31, 2027, and annually thereafter

Establishes penalties of $250 for first violations and up to $500 for subsequent violations, with the Department of Agriculture authorized to coordinate with the Attorney General's office for enforcement
