Missouri State Highway Patrol and Department of Corrections retain enforcement authority, with individuals having no right of refusal and force authorized as necessary for collection

DNA records remain closed under chapter 610, with unauthorized use or dissemination for non-criminal justice purposes classified as a class A misdemeanor
