Air ambulance membership organizations are prohibited from knowingly selling, offering, or renewing membership agreements to individuals enrolled in MO HealthNet (Missouri Medicaid)

Members who enroll in MO HealthNet after purchasing a membership may request a prorated refund or transfer the membership to another household member if they notify the organization within 30 days of Medicaid enrollment

All air ambulance membership websites, brochures, marketing materials, and applications must disclose that the agreement is not insurance and that Medicaid enrollees are not eligible to purchase

Enrollees who believe violations have occurred may file complaints with the state attorney general, who has enforcement authority under sections 407.010 to 407.145
