Airports owned by a city not within a county (St. Louis) that receive federal or Missouri Department of Transportation assistance may use revenues generated by the airport and its facilities

Revenues include allocations creditable to the city's general revenue fund from gross receipts derived from airport operations

Airport revenues are restricted to expenditures only for capital or operating costs of the airport, the local airport system, or other related local facilities

Related facilities must be owned or operated by the same entity that owns or operates the airport and must be directly and substantially related to air transportation of passengers or property

Creates new section 305.280 in Chapter 305, RSMo (Missouri aviation law)
