Authorizes the Office of State Courts Administrator, Department of Public Safety, and Office of Administration's IT Services Division to spend fund moneys upon appropriation

Permits expenditures for developing, maintaining, or operating technology systems associated with expungement or record sealing, including technology-assisted bulk expungement initiatives

Allows fund moneys to cover costs of personnel or contractors needed to implement expungement-related technology systems
