Persons holding valid professional licenses for at least one year from another state, U.S. territory, District of Columbia, or military branch may apply for equivalent Missouri licensure with examination, education, and experience requirements waived

Oversight bodies must process standard applications within 6 months; applications from military spouses or law enforcement spouses must be processed within 30 days

Health care providers licensed through this reciprocity process are explicitly authorized to provide telehealth services under section 191.1145 to the same extent as traditionally licensed providers

Applicants are disqualified if they have had a license revoked, are under investigation or disciplinary action, have a disqualifying criminal record, or do not hold a license in good standing

Excludes electrical contractors (sections 324.900-324.945), certain occupations under section 290.257, licenses issued by political subdivisions, and those already licensed through interstate compacts
