Amends Section 349.045, RSMo governing industrial development corporation boards of directors in Missouri

Targets third classification counties without township government having between 10,400-10,500 inhabitants (Lewis County), which currently elect directors by township

After August 28, 2026, director qualifications for Lewis County's industrial development corporation will follow standard statewide rules rather than the special township-based election system

Special provisions allowing township-based director elections will fully terminate once the last director elected before August 28, 2026 completes their term

Directors will then be appointed by the county commission (rather than elected) and must meet standard requirements: qualified electors, taxpayers, resident for at least one year, and not county employees
