Imposes a $150 registration fee on offenders, with $50 retained by the court and $100 deposited into a new Domestic Violence Prevention Fund to support prevention and intervention grants

Registry removal occurs 5-20 years after most recent conviction depending on number of prior offenses; failure to register results in civil fines up to $500 for first violation or Class A misdemeanor for subsequent violations

Applies only to offenses occurring on or after January 1, 2027, and includes a six-year sunset provision requiring legislative reauthorization
