Specifies that "employee" for permanent total disability purposes excludes the worker's dependents, estate, or other persons who might otherwise receive compensation

Allows permanent total disability lifetime payments to be suspended if an employee is restored to regular work through glasses, prosthetic appliances, or physical rehabilitation, with the case file kept open for potential resumption of benefits
