Creates one additional associate circuit judge position in Miller County within the twenty-sixth judicial circuit (Camden, Laclede, Miller, Moniteau, and Morgan counties)

Governor will appoint the new judge to serve until January 1, 2029, with an election for the position to be held in 2028

Exempts this new associate circuit judge position from the statutory formula under section 478.320 that determines the authorized number of associate circuit judges per county

Amends section 478.705, RSMo, which governs judicial positions in the twenty-sixth judicial circuit
