Requires every state department to annually report by October 1st on administrative entities that have not convened a public meeting or conducted business for the past three years, beginning in 2026

Abolishes the Life Sciences Research Board and transfers its functions to the Department of Economic Development, including oversight of life sciences research funding and centers for excellence

Eliminates the Missouri Board for Certification of Interpreters and transfers interpreter certification duties to the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Abolishes the Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Rules and transfers boiler/pressure vessel safety regulation functions to the Department of Public Safety

Repeals multiple inactive commissions and boards including the Minority Environmental Literacy Advisory Committee, Commission on Special Health Needs of Minority Older Individuals, Missouri Quality Home Care Council, AgriMissouri Advisory Commission, Small Business Compliance Advisory Committee, Coordinating Board for Early Childhood, and Missouri Cybersecurity Commission
