Expands the definition of "smoking" under Missouri's indoor air quality laws to include the use of vapor products (e-cigarettes/vapes), not just traditional tobacco products

Removes private residences from the list of areas exempted from being considered a "public place" under smoking regulations

Prohibits smoking and vaping in indoor areas of public K-12 schools, school buses, and licensed child care facilities when children are present

Adds vapor products to the exemption for tobacco shops, allowing businesses where more than 50% of sales come from tobacco, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or vapor products to permit use on premises

Violations at child care facilities constitute an infraction under the penalty provisions
