Repeals Missouri's 2021 "Second Amendment Preservation Act" (sections 1.410-1.485), which had declared certain federal firearms laws invalid in Missouri and imposed $50,000 civil penalties on law enforcement agencies cooperating with federal firearms enforcement

Prohibits state and local public officers from knowingly violating law-abiding citizens' legal rights regarding firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition

Requires law enforcement agencies to investigate and potentially terminate officers who knowingly and willfully violate citizens' Second Amendment rights; confirmed violations must be referred to the Department of Public Safety and may be referred to the Attorney General

Grants the Attorney General or county prosecuting attorneys standing to seek injunctive relief in Cole County Circuit Court against individuals violating the new provisions, with hearings required within 30 days

Explicitly permits Missouri law enforcement to work on federal task forces, accept aid from federal officials, and provide material aid to federal authorities when there is reasonable suspicion of criminal conduct
