Prohibits willfully entering or remaining in rooms designated for the general assembly, committees, officers, or employees with intent to impede official business

Bans loud, threatening, or abusive language; disorderly or disruptive conduct; obstructing passage; and physical violence in the capitol building when intended to disrupt official proceedings

First-time violations constitute a class C misdemeanor; second or subsequent offenses escalate to a class B misdemeanor

Exempts members of the general assembly, their employees, and officers or employees of the general assembly acting in lawful discharge of official duties
