All railroads operating in Missouri must provide digital copies of station and valuation maps, including both active and abandoned rail lines, to the state land surveyor

The state land surveyor is required to retain railroad maps and records in the same manner as other official records

City and county recorders of deeds and all state, county, and city government agencies must furnish certified copies of desired records to the department of agriculture or state land surveyor upon request

Record copies shall be provided free of cost when possible, otherwise at actual reproduction cost
