Requires enrollee cost-sharing to be calculated at the point of sale based on a drug price reduced by at least 100% of all rebates received or to be received

Protects rebate information as trade secrets, exempting it from public records disclosure under Chapter 610

Health carriers may voluntarily reduce cost-sharing below the required amounts but cannot exceed the reduced drug price for co-payments

Applies to health benefit plans delivered, issued, continued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2027
